Popular Nigerian media personality, brand influencer, and content creator, Enioluwa Adeoluwa, has once again come out publicly to throw his weight behind his close friend and award-winning celebrity chef, Hilda Baci, as she embarks on yet another ambitious Guinness World Record attempt.
Enioluwa, who is well known for his energetic personality and strong presence on social media, took to his Instagram page on Friday to share a series of photos and short clips with Hilda Baci. In his heartfelt post, he poured out words of admiration, praising her determination, resilience, and never-give-up spirit. He described Hilda as a “go-getter,” “an amazing sister,” and “one of the best things to happen” in his life. According to him, her consistency and drive to achieve greatness continue to inspire everyone around her.
“There’s truly nothing you set your mind to that you don’t achieve. You’re such a go-getter – an incredible friend, an amazing sister, and one of the best things to happen to my world. I’m so proud of you,” Enioluwa wrote while cheering her on publicly. He added that he was rooting for her “every step of the way” as she sets out to break the record at the Gino World Jollof Festival, currently holding at Eko Hotel Car Park B in Lagos.
The much-anticipated event features Hilda’s attempt to cook the world’s largest pot of jollof rice using a massive, specially designed pot with a capacity of 22,619 litres. Reports state that the preparation will involve over 250 bags of rice, gallons of oil, and hundreds of other ingredients. Organizers expect the festival to attract more than 20,000 attendees, making it one of the biggest food-themed gatherings ever hosted in Nigeria.
Hilda Baci is no stranger to setting records. In May 2023, she captured global attention after successfully completing a cooking marathon that lasted 93 hours and 11 minutes, earning her the Guinness World Record title for the longest individual cooking marathon. However, the record was later overtaken by Irish chef Alan Fisher, who cooked for 119 hours and 57 minutes. Despite that, Hilda’s achievement was celebrated widely across Nigeria and beyond, and she continues to inspire young Africans with her bold dreams and fearless pursuits.
Throughout her cooking marathon in 2023, Enioluwa was one of Hilda’s strongest pillars of support. He consistently hyped her efforts on social media, stayed by her side at the cooking venue, and celebrated her achievement in a way that endeared him further to fans. This time around, he has maintained that same energy, ensuring that his best friend receives encouragement at every stage of this new Guinness World Record attempt.
