Reality TV personality, Doyin David, offers valuable advice on why participating in the renowned reality show, Big Brother Naija, may not be suitable for everyone.
During an interview with The Morning Brief, Doyin emphasizes that individuals lacking strong mental stability should reconsider being on a reality TV show. The brand influencer, known for her participation in Big Brother Naija's "Level Up" and "All Stars" seasons, reflects on her post-show life, acknowledging the thrilling financial aspect while cautioning about its potential negative impact on mental health.
Doyin acknowledges the show's flaws but believes that its positive aspects outweigh the negative. In her words, "I keep saying it.
