At 39 years old, the artist unequivocally clarified that she did not part ways with Mavin Records. In fact, she took the opportunity to express her support for the burgeoning star, Tems.

This conversation was initiated when a curious fan inquired about Di'Ja's departure from Don Jazzy's setup, postulating that she could have potentially achieved even more remarkable success than Tems.

In response, Di'Ja set the record straight with the following words: "I never left. Kindly know this. Life happens, and we are grateful for all the love and happenings. God bless Tems, and I need her to get bigger."

To celebrate her birthday, Di'Ja shared a series of videos on Twitter, showcasing the thoughtful gifts she received, including a cake from Mavin Records.

Expressing her heartfelt gratitude, she penned, "Thank you to my family, friends, and family at Mavin for my cakes. I must gain weight this year."

Di'Ja initially joined the ranks of Mavin Records back in February 2014, making her debut with the single "Yaro." Over the course of her association with the label, she collaborated with fellow Mavin artists on hit tracks like "Dorobucci," "Adaobi," "Looku Looku," and "Arise."

Di'Ja's candid clarification effectively puts an end to the swirling rumors while emphasizing her continued affiliation with Mavin Records, leaving many hopeful for potential collaborations in the future.
