The response to Davido's strong reply to a devoted fan, who embarked on a bicycle journey from Benue to Lagos to meet him, has sparked a wave of reactions.
Emmanuel Myam, also known as Emmiwuks, embarked on this journey on August 2nd with the goal of reaching the singer in Lagos.
Emmanuel's friend, Shakyum Joseph Kayode, shared that today marks the eighth day of his inspiring Ride-a-thon, and he is currently on his way to Benin City.
According to Shakyum Joseph Kayode:
"Mr. Emmanuel Myam (Emmiwuks), from Ukum LG Benue state, is an ardent fan of Davido. He has taken on the challenge of a Ride-a-thon from Benue to Lagos on a bicycle, all for Davido's sake.
"He is heading to Benin this morning, and today marks the eighth day of his Ride-a-thon. Yes, it's a Ride-a-thon not for the Guinness Book of Records, but solely for Davido's admiration.
"Let's keep sharing until Davido notices. We uplift others by supporting them. Emmi Wuks, keep riding, brother. He began his ride on Wednesday, 2nd August."
While this extraordinary achievement isn't aimed at setting a Guinness World Record, it is driven by Emmanuel's unshakable admiration for Davido.
His unwavering determination and passion have captured the attention of many, with the hope that his remarkable efforts will catch Davido's attention and touch his heart.
In response to this remarkable feat, Davido took to his Twitter page to humorously ask the fan to turn back because he is not at home.
"Turn around, I'm not home," he playfully wrote.
