Nigerian singer, Dandizzy, humorously shares an encounter with Dammy Krane who expressed interest in "blessing" his career by having him cover one of his songs.
In light of Odumodu’s theory about established figures paving the way for emerging artists, Dandizzy recounted the incident where Dammy Krane reached out with this proposal to boost his career.
In response, Dandizzy swiftly ended the call and blocked Dammy Krane, finding the singer's tone condescending. Dandizzy suggests that Dammy Krane could have proposed collaboration to mutually elevate their status since they are now on the same level again.
Dandizzy's tweet humorously recounts the incident: “Nah so Dammy Krane text me one day say he wan bless my career make I do cover for him song, I cut call block the werey, something wey he for say make we put head together find way blow he say he wan bless me😂😂😂😂 I have respect like mad but he sounded so condescending for me to even pay attention to all that bullshit talk.”
