Renowned singer, Ckay, recently opened up about the possible reasons why a version of his hit song 'Hallelujah' featuring Bnxn and Seyi Vibez might not see the light of day. This revelation comes after Ckay had initially released a version of the song with Blaqbonez approximately a month ago. Shedding light on the situation, Ckay provided an update on the collaboration with the two other artists.

In a tweet preceding the release of the deluxe version of his 'Sad Romance' studio album, Ckay shared that Bnxn's version of 'Hallelujah' may never be officially released. Ckay explained, "he asked to be 'excused' from the song when he heard Blaqbonez' verse, and I simply granted his wish. Seyi Vibez's version may also never come out because his team didn't clear it."

Ckay further pondered the potential reasons behind these decisions, stating, "Maybe the verse was too personal... maybe it was too deep... I fully respect it. But at the end of the day, 'Hallelujah' represents my journey from the trenches to where I am today." Expressing his closeness with Blaqbonez, Ckay added, "Blaqbonez is my bro for real, and we share a lot more than a lot of you might think, but that's a story for another day. I appreciate the love and support of the TRUE fans. I won't be here without you."

In response to Ckay's update, Bnxn took to his Instagram page, referring to him as 'mad people' in the Yoruba language. He posted, "awon weyrey."
