In a now-deleted post on X, the former Big Brother Naija star revealed that when he told his wife for the first time how much he loved her, she broke down in tears. According to Chizzy, his wife had always sensed his love through his actions, but she had been patiently waiting for him to express those feelings verbally.
He went on to explain that this experience made him realize the importance of not just showing love but also saying it. Chizzy noted how verbal expressions of love can have a profound impact on the people we care about, even when actions already speak volumes.
In his own words: “Told my wife how much I love her for the first time... she started crying and said that all my actions prove that I love her but she has been waiting for a day I will say it to her. I just realized that we need to be telling the people we love how much we love them. It goes a long way.”
