Idris Okuneye, famously known as Bobrisky and known for crossdressing, recently shared his future plans to pass on his “ashewo” business to his grandchildren. In one of his rants on social media, Bobrisky made it clear that he has no intention of abandoning his current lifestyle until he reaches the ripe age of 95.
He further added that his “classy ashewo” business is too enjoyable to let go, and therefore, he will pass it on to his grandchildren. He wrote: “You see dis ashewo lifestyles I’m not stopping till I’m 95yrs. I’m even going to hand over to my grandchildren, Classy Ashewo sweet die.”
As controversial as this statement may seem, it is not the first time Bobrisky has caused a stir on social media with his lifestyle choices. The self-proclaimed Nigerian male barbie has been known to openly discuss his sexuality, his preference for luxury fashion and cosmetics, and his unconventional business ventures, including his “ashewo” or prostitution business.
Regardless of public opinion, Bobrisky remains unapologetic about his choices and has amassed a significant following on social media, with over 3 million followers on Instagram alone. His bold and flamboyant personality has made him a controversial figure in Nigeria, where homosexuality is still illegal and frowned upon by many. Despite this, Bobrisky continues to thrive and make a name for himself in the entertainment industry.
Whether or not Bobrisky will actually hand over his “ashewo” business to his grandchildren remains to be seen. However, one thing is for sure – he will continue to live his life on his own terms and remain a polarizing figure in Nigerian society.
