Renowned Nigerian singer, Abiola Ahmed Akinbiyi, widely known as Bella Shmurda, candidly opens up about the reasons behind his decision to quit smoking weed.
During an interview on the UK's "In My Opinion" podcast, the singer was asked to share a surprising personal detail about himself.
In response, Bella Shmurda claimed that he doesn’t smoke igbo (weed). He explained his reasoning, saying that he used to smoke but had to quit because of anxiety and fear for the future.
He asserted to have given up smoking four years ago and to have only taken cigarettes and liquor since then.
In response to the question of whether or not smoking weed helped him be more creative, as many have theorized, he said that it was different for him.
