This disagreement arises amidst the controversy involving Ike damaging Ilebaye's clothes and receiving a strike from Biggie for his actions. In a conversation, Alex blames Ilebaye's behavior for the conflict, pointing out instances like her snatching water from Seyi's wardrobe. Cross, on the other hand, argues that Ilebaye's actions stem from her young age and lack of understanding of social norms.
“Ike is wrong but Ilebaye is not even close to being a saint. Yesterday, she snatched water from Seyi’s wardrobe,” Alex stated.
Cross, however, argued that Ilebaye’s actions are justified by the fact that she is young and naive about social coordination.
Alex insisted and added, “When I was 21, I did not behave like that. She doesn’t understand respect in any way and it’s fine. Yesterday, she literally snatched water from my hand and went to bring another one.”
