This news article is reporting that voters in Surulere, Lagos state, Nigeria are angry because Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) staff deployed to Polling Unit 059 have said that they cannot upload the results of the governorship and state house of assembly elections directly from the polling unit.
The staff member informed voters that the results collected won't be uploaded from the polling unit until they take them to the INEC Registration Area Centre (RAC) where, according to her, the network is. The voters are insisting that the results should be uploaded immediately after they are counted to avoid the possibility of the results being changed later on. A video embedded in the article shows the interaction between the voters and the INEC staff member.
