One father takes it upon himself to teach his daughters menstrual hygiene while also teaching his son about respecting women.
Video on social media captured the moment a father educated his children on the basics of life. The young man emphasized to his son on the different phases a man goes through in his life and why he should always respect women.
He pressed on to educate his daughters on puberty stage, and the changes in their body which would attract attention from their male counterparts.
The father of three demonstrated how to use a menstrual pad to his daughters to ensure an all-day hygiene when on their periods.

The son will find it easy to support his partner in future and his kids too..same with his daughters. So many lessons in here.”
