The captain of Portugal, Cristiano Ronaldo, has predicted the upcoming clash between Portugal and France in their quarterfinal Euro 2024 match.
Ronaldo and his teammates will face off against France, led by Kylian Mbappe, in the tournament’s next round following their victory over Slovenia in the round of 16.
The quarterfinal match is scheduled to take place on Friday at Hamburg’s Volksparkstadion, where both teams are expected to fiercely compete.

“We’re going to have a tough game now against France, which is one of the favorites to win,” Ronaldo said at his post-match press conference on Monday.
“But we go to war, the team is fine and I will always do my best with this sweater,” Ronaldo affirmed.
