Pastor E.A Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, has once again given his members his word that coronavirus will not come near them.

Nigeria confirmed its first case of COVID-19 after an Italian man travelled down to the country for business. He was immediately isolated after he tested positive to the virus which first broke out in China.

With the death toll from the virus amounting to 10,000, Pastor Adeboye has assured his members that as long as they abide with God, they will never contract the virus.

    I cannot comprehend all these. You mean after making all these claims of raising the dead, curing cancer etc you will not seize this golden opportunity to hop on a plane to China and show them what healing genius power you are endowed with? Surely this act if successful, will convert the whole world. Is that to say after building a multi-billion empire based on faith and miracles, the Christiandom CANNOT perform this one single miracle of killing a respiratory tract virus???? Instead they are being assured of immunity??? Is it wrong to ask them these questions??
