21 suspected yahoo boys arrested by EFCC in Abuja

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arrested 21 individuals suspected of engaging in internet-related fraud activities, also known as "yahoo boys," in Abuja. The agency located and paraded the suspects along with their properties in the Lugbe and Kubwa suburbs of Abuja, acting on credible intelligence related to their alleged criminal activities. The EFCC announced on Twitter that they recovered more than 25 high-end mobile phones, 3 laptops, and Mercedes CLA250 and C300 cars from the suspects. The suspects have been identified as Joseph Boniface, Emmaneul Okwara, Elijah Iwebie, Moses Hassan, Abdulrahman Lawal, Azu Chidubem Eugene, Abdullahi Adebola, Elijah Simon, Terfa Lincoln, David Kome, Chukwudah Martinez, Adie Matthew, Canice Agabi, Abbas Aminu, Damilare James, Christopher Simon, Mohammed Abdulhamid, Ifeanyi Bosah, Ayuba Aminu, Godwin Terkura, and Victor Ademola.
