Toke Makinwa said recently she hates romantic songs when answering rapid questions about her YouTube vlog.

She replied "married" on 15 January 2014 when she was asked if they were to change one of her life's decisions. The marriage was disbanded in Igbosere High Court at Lagos for adultery. She was also married to Maje Ayida.

OAP said that she chose a personal wedding in her book 'On Becoming' as she thought it wasn't going to show up.

“Maje had disappointed me three times before. We would pick a date to go to the wedding registry and he would call it off,” she wrote.

“I was too afraid to tell anyone about the wedding in case Maje disappointed me yet again. Our wedding was a very private event.”
