Nigerian Singer and DMW Boss, Davido has taken to his Twitter page to share his first chat with his close associate and signee, Mayorkun. While sharing the chat, Davido said he was feeling so emotional and from the content of the screenshot, we could clearly see why.
All it took was a ‘Twitter DM’ as Davido reached out to the then-unknown Mayorkun, asked for his WhatsApp contact, and said he’d like to sign him.
Mayorkun could not believe what he’d read and he had to type his WhatsApp number twice to make sure he didn’t make an error.
Davido shared the screenshot and wrote ;

This is coming days after he hailed Mayorkun after Mayor shared a video of himself singing to Davido’s latest album, A Better Time, and praised him for blessing Nigerians with lovely and great music.
