Billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola has disclosed how amid his busy schedules, he sleeps for at least 10 hours a day.
He announced this at the 2020 ThisDay Awards he just concluded, where he was rewarded with the Decade's Philanthropist award.
He was there in a white Agbada streaming. Given his recent strong public donations and the raising of the poor, it is not shocking that FORTE Oil Plc's former Chairman, Mr. Femi Otedola, was the decade's People's Choice for Philanthropist.
His unique N5 billion donation to help children in terror-ravaged North-East remains unparalleled. Some famous Nigerians including Sadiq Dabba, Victor Olaotan, both actors, and Christian Chukwu, the former Green Eagles captain, were rescued from the jaws of death by his philanthropic involvement in their medical issues.
Femi disclosed how he told his accountant to donate N5 billion (which is the income he received from the selling of his shares in Forte Oil to displaced children in northeastern Nigeria). He told guests that when he asked his accountant to do so, she was surprised that her Oga decided to donate to charity everything he earned from that transaction.
Femi Otedola claims he is a man who sleeps 10 hours a day in harmony with himself, meaning he goes to bed at about 10 pm a day and wakes up at about 8 am.
