Edo state is endowed with renowned and acclaimed personalities of no mean repute. In every sphere of life, there is an Edo man representing. We have heroes and superstars and we will continue to recognize them, applaud them and emulate them.
These personalities have laid solid imprints for us to follow and the Best of Edo Awards is the veritable platform celebrating our great sons and daughters yearly grandly in pomp and pageantry.
Since 2018, the Best of Edo Award have given worthy plaudits and recognition to our great achievers both in Edo and in the diaspora. Over time, this award has become recognized by institutions, organizations and government as credible and acceptable. As the countdown to the 3rd edition ticks, there is a rush to nominate men and women who are movers and shakers in our social-political landscape: business moguls, academicians, sportsmen and women, music and movie stars, media icons etc.
The timing is right and the stage setting is ideal. Edo state is now the melting pot of monumental activities from now till the end of the year. The focus of Nigeria is in the heartbeat of Nigeria.
