Actress, Toyin Abraham, has disclosed why she is throwing her support behind the incumbent governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, for his re-election bid.
The Lagos State gubernatorial election is highly anticipated as the incumbent governor, Babajide Sanwo-olu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), faces stiff competition from Jandor of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour of the Labour Party.
Toyin Abraham, who had earlier revealed Sanwo-Olu as her preferred candidate, has taken to Twitter to explain why she is supporting his re-election bid.
In her tweet, Toyin Abraham said that she wants Sanwo-Olu to win the election and serve another term because he created an enabling environment for her career. She further revealed that she made her first million in Lagos State despite being from Edo State.
