Seyi Edun, an actress, cried during the naming ceremony of her twins who were born after 7 years of marriage

Seyi Edun, a popular Nigerian actress, broke down in tears during the christening ceremony of her twins, which took place a week after she and her husband, Adeniyi Johnson, welcomed the set of twins. Adeniyi had announced the good news on his official Instagram page, sharing a picture of his hand cuddling the babies' hands. 

Seyi, who is a first-time mom, also shared her emotional journey, including being repeatedly mocked and called 'barren' because she didn't give birth for years. The couple had been married for seven years before the arrival of their twins. During the naming ceremony, Seyi posted a video and wrote about how the Lord had done marvelous things in their sight.

During the twin’s naming ceremony yesterday, Seyi couldn’t hold back her tears as she recalled all of her experiences while waiting for the fruit of the womb.

She posted a video from the naming ceremony and wrote,

“ITS THE LORD’S DOING AND ITS MARVELOUS IN OUR SIGHT

Mummy twins and Daddy twins say Thank you all.”
