Liz Anjorin, a Nigerian actress and businesswoman, has celebrated the victory of Bola Tinubu in the just-concluded presidential election. Tinubu was declared the winner of the 2023 presidential election on March 1. Anjorin took to her social media page to highlight the factors that contributed to Tinubu's win, saying he won because of his love for work, as well as his focus on youth and elders. She also urged incoming governors to relate and protect their interests and not silence their brilliant youths. Anjorin praised Tinubu's eight-year tenure as Lagos State Governor, stating that his remarkable work to transform Lagos gives her a clear picture of what he can do as the President.
She wrote:
