Lade, an upcoming Nigerian singer, plans to return to Nigeria after living in the UK for a few years.
She shared her experience on Instagram, stating that the UK is much more hectic than Nigerians at home perceive it to be, with a lot of work required to maintain a basic life, coupled with unfavourable weather conditions. She urged Nigerians who receive stipends from their relatives in the UK to be grateful instead of complaining about how small it may be. A video was included in the post.
She stated that Nigerians who have relatives in the Queen’s country should always be grateful when they receive stipends other than complaining about how small it may be.
