According to him, he spent a whopping sum of N52 million on a collaborative track titled 'Like' which he recorded with two other music stars, Davido and Kizz Daniel.

Iyanya expressed shock at the exorbitant cost of promoting songs in Nigeria, which has become a common trend in the music industry.

[p]In his tweet, he further revealed that the least amount he has ever spent on a song was N27 million, and this occurred in January 2021. Despite the high costs, he advised upcoming artists not to be discouraged. Instead, he encouraged them to remain focused and consistent in their musical pursuits.

When I dropped 'Like' featuring Davido and Kizz Daniel, we spent 52 million, song, video, and promotion. This should not discourage any up-and-coming artist, you can do it, all you need is consistency."
