Daddy Freeze, a Nigerian radio personality, has accused Attah Thaddeus, the winner of the senatorial election at the Eti-Osa LGA in Lagos, of rigging the election in his favour against Banky W. According to Freeze, Attah Thaddeus is unknown and his face was not plastered on fliers like other candidates.
He also suggested that Peter Obi's supporters should accept the same fate on the presidential level. Attah Thaddeus won the election with 24,075 votes, while Banky W had 18,666 votes, and Babajide Obanikoro of the APC had 16,901 votes.
He pressed on to state that the election was rigged to favour the Labour Party’s candidate; hence, Peter Obi‘s supporters too should accept the same fate on the presidential level.
