Banky W, the popular singer and politician, has broken his silence following his defeat in the Eti Osa Federal House of Representative election to the Labour Party candidate, Thaddeus Attah. Banky W ran under the People's Democratic Party but lost the election.
He shared a video of himself during a church service in which he expressed how heartbroken he had been, revealing that Sunday was meant to be his thanksgiving service, and he had made arrangements to move to Abuja and start looking for an office space if he won. However, he lost the election, but he believes that his story is not over, and God has bigger plans for him.
