Just like Nigerian politicians, Big Brother Naija lockdown winner, Laycon was spotted spraying money into the air as he rode with a police convoy.
The incident happened as he left a radio station.
The money which was reportedly about 5 thousand nairas was thrown into the air by Laycon towards the fans that went to greet him.
Fans were seen scampering around and jumping on each other to get their share of the money.
